Located in a peaceful spot by the Mekong river 🌊, the staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to assist you. They even help you with parking right on the premises. Great service all around!

My stay was really really nice here. The staff was caring and helpful and delivered great service. The location of the hotel was remote, next to the Shores of the Mekong river, and an adjacent temple. It also was in the right taxi😃❤😀

The suite at the Bale Phnom Penh is nicely decorated and has a large bathroom. the location is lovely, situated next to the restaurant and in the heart of Phnom Penh. Additionally, Sovann Bothum Pagoda is only a 5-minute drive away.

The room was really spacious and had everything you need - a minibar, satellite TV, and easy climate control. Plus, it was in a beautiful spot close to a temple and the Mekong river 👌.

Immaculately-designed Courtyard Suites offer luxurious indoor accommodation plus a quiet outdoor terrace for dining or meditation. Each suite has a large living/sleeping area with a generous sofa/daybed and coffeetable, creating a comfortable and stylish space to relax and unwind.

Dinner room not cozy enough.

As a city escape, my stay at The Bale was beyond expectations. The riverfront suite offered breathtaking views and a balcony cold-water tub for ultimate relaxation. The breakfast spread was diverse, allowing for delicious Cambodian and Western dishes made to order. The staff was friendly, and the addition of water stations was a thoughtful touch. The spacious room design and private garden added to the overall tranquil experience. Little details like tea light candles on the balcony and a handwritten welcome card made me feel truly valued.

We had a great stay in this beautiful and peaceful resort. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed the excellent service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a great variety of dishes with high-quality food. The location was perfect for us, as it offered a relaxing getaway from the bustling city center but still within a reasonable distance. We also appreciated the well-equipped gym that added on to the advantage of the location.

The only downside that we faced was the limited food menu. we did experience a few hiccups with the in-room technology and had to ask for assistance.

Additionally, the room was spacious, and the views from the private yard surrounding the bathroom were exceptional.

the outdoor swimming pool area was stunning, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas every step of the way. the pool area had a view that was breathtaking and the shallow end was perfect for a relaxing swim. the room was spacious and had all the luxurious advantages we needed, including an in-room breakfast that rivaled the finest restaurants.

the entertainment and leisure room, while filled with comfortable furniture, seemed a bit outdated and not well maintained.

Spent Easter at a peaceful and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of freshly baked pastries and fruits, and complimentary drinks were offered during breakfast and dinner. Location was perfect with views of beautiful scenery and easy access to local attractions. the hotel staff were always friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant lacked atmosphere, making it not the best place to enjoy dinner. Although the rooms were cozy, the layout could have been better.
